By increasing the height of the standard tennis net to approximately twice the height, players can learn to improve their net clearance along with their consistency and depth of their shots.
The height of the tennis net at the net posts is 1.07 metres and 0.91 metres in the middle.
Some drills you will learn (depending on your skills).
1. Rally in the service boxes hitting over the high net with topspin
2. Play points from the baseline hitting over the high net
3. Variations on above; crosscourt / down the line
4. Topspin/Kick serves
